A Christian Sisterhood

Kelly was born and raised in sunny Arizona. She began dancing professionally at the young age of 15. Kelly's dancing career took her to Las Vegas for 9 years where she met her husband Joey of 21 years.

 Kelly became a born again Christian while in Las Vegas. Kelly and  Joey decided Vegas was not the place to raise their family! 

They did what felt right and googled the best palces to raise a family! They have been calling Franklin TN home for the past 17 years with their children Kennedy, Maddix, Annistyn and soon-to-be grandbaby.  

God called Kelly and her husband to open a gym focusing on persoanl and group training. They have been seriving the Franklin area at their gym Temple Fitness for 12 year. 

Through the years it's been clear that Kelly is called to do more than coach women just physically. Her heart is to reach women with Gods  truth. To help them navigate life with a solid foundation of who they are in Christ. Allowing them to be all they are created to be. 

God created us to live victoriously with him, NOT alone. Kelly's hope is for women  everywhere to  be set free from this world bondage and grow deeper in relationship with Jesus. Kelly founded Strength Sisters to be a community for  women to do life together as a Christian Sisterhood.

Kelly will go where God calls this ministry to go. She desires to be used for Gods purpose and will for her life and to continue to do the great commission. 

Yolanda Lilly grew up on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.  She received Jesus as her Lord and Savior at the age of 16.   Yolanda struggled for years as she had one foot in the church and another in the world. The enemy had a grip on her!  One night she had a visitation from Jesus.  She said, it was a clear call to leave all that entangled her to the world and follow Jesus. In her desperation Yolanda said to the Lord, “God if you help me get out of this mess I promise to tell every soul that comes my way that life without You is not worth it”

At the age of 20 Yolanda left a toxic relationship, all her friends and her beautiful Island and moved to Boston, MA with the hope of having a new start in Christ.  Yolanda’s sister had married a Pastor’s son whose church was in the midst of revival.  She started attending their church and God radically transformed her life from there on.  

Yolanda has been married to Michael Lilly since 1999 and they have 2 wonderful children together.

She has served full time in children’s, youth and arts ministry in several churches.  She has traveled abroad sharing the good news of Jesus with thousands of young people and women’s ministries.  For 25+ years Yolanda and her husband have opened their home weekly for young people of all backgrounds to come eat, fellowship, pray and study The Word.  She loves doing life with her “spiritual children”.  

Yolanda has also become a Health Coach and Personal Trainer in the last 7 years.  She enjoys helping young ladies and women to become healthy vessels that God can move through!  

Yolanda is excited about this next step with the Strength Sisters Ministry.  She is eager to keep on advancing the Kingdom of Heaven and loving well all who come our way.
